  Had an excellent time with out fish guide, Pat. We had a delicious shore lunch and hours of fun fishing the French river and Lake Nipissing.

  This was my 3rd time staying at Chaudiere Lodge and I'll definitely be back! I brought my two sons and booked JP as our guide for a day. JP's ability to find fish even on a difficult weather day was outstanding and his shore lunch efficiency meant more time on the water which was fantastic! I also can't say enough about the rest of the staff like Peter with his great sense of humour, Cole who manages administration, and the lodge restaurant staff who not only served up some great food but they even looked after my son's special dietary requirements. We couldn't have had a better trip so thank you Steve and your staff! See you next year!

  My wife and I spent the August 1st long weekend (Thursday till Monday) at the Lodge and had wonderful time. The accommodations, food , and fishing were great however what sets this place above and beyond is the staff. They go out of their way to make your stay memorable.

  We had the most incredible guided fishing experience with Pat today! He not only found some incredible walleye for us, but helped teach all of us some new techniques and cooked an amazing shore lunch for us. He was wonderful with my two young boys and kept them engaged during the whole day of fishing. The lodge is fantastic; it is tucked beautifully in the rustic French River but has all of the comforts of home. Cole was also wonderful and welcoming. Thanks for an unforgettable experience! We will be back!

  Chaudiere lodge was a great destination for some serious fishing. Ontop of the five star accomodation and customer service between servers and dock hands, fishing while there was excellent. Going out with a guide made the experience that much better as bigger fish were much easier to catch making the time at the lodge even better. I'd recommend Chaudiere Lodge to all friends and family without hesitation.

  We booked a guide each day, which I would recommend, as the fishing area is huge and the guides know where the fish are.
